Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis, a natural altered state of mind, one which we slip in and out many times a day when we day-dream, watch television or gaze at a candle flame. This relaxed and focused state of awareness is a powerful tool to make long lasting changes and to achieve specific goals.
In trance, people can connect with their needs and resources while experiencing great relaxation.
In a hypnotherapy session you are always in control. 

You remain fully aware of your surrounding and can remember most of the session. It is not about making you to do things, it’s about empowering you. Hypnosis is basically self-hypnosis. It is your choice to go into hypnosis.

The Simpson Protocole is a powerful method that uses deep states of hypnosis to reach the root cause of your issues and neutralise them safely. I don't have to be aware of the issue - if you choose. This type of hypnosis help deal with stress, anxiety, fears, phobias and addictions, etc. The session can last up to 2 hours.

PSY-TAP (Psychosensory Techniques and Principles)

Psy-TaP was developed by Kevin Laye and draws on Hypnosis, TFT, visual recoding and other groundbreaking techniques. These are blended together and the result is an amazing set of tools that offer a way of overcoming fears, anxiety, phobias and traumas and many other limiting patterns, often in one session. It can be content free. You don't have to relive painful memories, just say how you are feeling and what you want to feel. Psy-TaP works well with Hypnotherapy.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

Developed by Gary Craig, EFT also known as EFT Tapping is a form of psychological acupressure that works by releasing blockages within the energy system. By tapping on specific meridian points using your fingertips you get relief from chronic pain, emotional issues, phobias, anxiety, past traumas etc.  It is a useful tool for children, teenagers and adults to have, very effective and easy to learn.

Health Kinesiology (HK) uses a muscle testing technique combined with verbal questioning to communicate with your body's energy system. It works on the understanding that our health and wellbeing is dependent on the balanced flow of energy around our systems. Toxins, emotional or psychological stress like fears, worries, limited beliefs, trauma, unhappiness,etc can upset the flow of energy around our systems and put it out of balance. HK can help to prevent illness, release negative thinking, overcome fears and worries and boost your own healing abilities.


Reiki is a natural hands-on healing technique that was rediscovered by Usui-Sensei in the early 1990's in Japan. The Japanese word Reiki (pronounced ray-ki) means universal life force energy, the vital energy which flows through and around all living things. Tapping into this energy helps balance and stimulate the body's own natural healing potential. The free flow of energy is vital to our wellbeing. 
Reiki is non invasive and practiced through light touch or no-touch and has a calming effect that may be felt for several days.

Developed by Steven Blake, Oldpain2go is a pain elimination technique that turn off old and unwanted pain permanently in one session. It will only remove the pain if it is safe to do so. 


Kinetic shift, developed by Karl Smith, combines different techniques to resolve fears, phobias, anxiety, trauma, weight problem and smoking to name a few. It replaces distressing emotional states with empowering ones. It can be content free and one session is usually enough.
